Sandra has toured and lived around the world, from Paris to Sydney, from Jeddah to Protaras, immersing herself in different cultures and experiences.

After a career in marketing, she began redesigning her home in Jeddah, a space that would host and entertain many wonderful people.

Despite a tight budget, Sandra discovered how to transform a typical compound house into a modern, stylish, and welcoming home. From that point on, friends, family, and clients became part of her journey, and her passion grew into what is now Ma Maison

Edouard Noun (Eddy) is the co-founder of MA MAISON. Back in 2000, Eddy co-founded BEAR, a groundbreaking real estate company known for its all-inclusive services. By 2009, BEAR expanded into development, and in 2010, Eddy introduced the "Loft Concept" to Lebanon with the unique residential project, Factory 4376 in Beirut, setting new standards in contemporary living.

Eddy’s adventurous spirit took BEAR into Real Estate Consultancy and Development in Cyprus, forming exclusive partnerships with key industry players leading to the development of By The Bay and Bayview Villas compounds in Protaras. Just a year later, he marked another milestone with another partnership to develop the "BAYVIEW TERRACES” in Kapparis, Cyprus, while working on 2 other residential buildings in Larnaca and Paphos.

With a knack for innovation and strategic collaborations, Eddy has continuously reshaped the real estate scene both locally and regionally. His leadership at MA MAISON reflects his passion for creating exceptional living spaces that truly feel like home.
